Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect construction methods and workmanship to ensure compliance with plans and specs.
• Advise supervisor on inspection activities and problems.
• Document progress and issues; coordinate inspection schedules and traffic control.
• Monitor phasing and safety plans; ensure compliance with standards.
• Assist in calculating payments due to contractors.
• Perform materials tests and inspections as needed.
