Job summary

Responsibilities

• Inspects construction methods and workmanship to ensure compliance with plans and specs.
• Attends pre-construction meetings and answers questions from contractors.
• Calculates payments due contractors for work completed.
• Monitors project phasing and traffic control plans.
• Documents work progress and issues arising throughout scope of project.
