Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Managing staffing needs and supervision for nursing staff delivering direct resident care.
• Assist in staff development.
• Provide direct resident care per established plans.
• Supervise Clinical Nurses and Nurse Assistants.
• Conduct and document comprehensive data collection of residents' medical status on admission and throughout treatment.
• Assist in development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
• Assist in recruiting and hiring nursing staff.
• Monitor compliance with resident record documentation requirements.
• Coordinate staffing schedules for adequate coverage.
• Ensure compliance with resident rights policies and resolve grievances with families and staff as needed.
• Complete Preceptor Training.

Major Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN.
• Must have a minimum (3) years nursing experience preferred in a setting serving the same age/type of resident population served by this facility. Minimum one (1) year experience in nursing administration.
• You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.
