Job summary

Aviata Health Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join Aviata at University Hills in Pensacola, FL. This full-time role offers day and night shifts, fostered by a family/team environment and opportunities to advance clinical skills.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating resident care, and ensuring adherence to policies and standards. New grads welcome; competitive benefits provided including health coverage and a $225 bi-weekly bonus program.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN.

• Follows established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel.
• Supervises Certified Nursing Assistants during shift including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
