Job summary

ENERGYneering Solutions Inc. (ESI) seeks a Plant Operator for the Fostoria, Ohio site to operate and maintain a Landfill Gas to RNG facility.

You will work with the Plant Manager on routine and non-routine maintenance, and contribute to safety and efficiency while the three-person plant team ensures continuous operation. This hands-on role requires willingness to learn, strong mechanical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with the team and leadership.

Qualifications

• 1 - 5 years of plant operations experience.
• Trade school certification or high school diploma/GED.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and background.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the Plant and equipment in a safe, organized manner.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems.
• Learn to maximize SCADA for predictive operations and maintenance.
