Job summary

NAES is seeking an O&M Technician for the Full Circle RNG site to support safe, efficient operations and electrical maintenance. You will interface with the SCADA system, run tests, and inspect and repair plant equipment. The role includes monitoring anaerobic digestion, collecting samples, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training a plus.
Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to listen actively.
Willingness to learn anaerobic digestion processes and plant procedures.
Experience with voltages up to 480 volts is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Assist with operations, maintenance and facility activities.
Monitor digestion, electrical generation, and waste treatment equipment.
Record and analyze plant data to ensure operations run per specs.
Troubleshoot failures, repair and replace equipment as needed.
Maintain instrumentation and control equipment, and collect samples for lab analysis.
Ensure plant operates within required standards and safety rules.
