Job summary

NAES Corporation is seeking an Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Technician to support our Bridgewater RNG site. You will perform skilled operational and maintenance tasks, interface with SCADA, run analytical tests, and handle inspection, repair, and installation of electrical plant equipment and systems at the on-site facility.

You will work Monday to Friday with potential for extended hours and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
• Experience with voltages up to 480 V is highly desirable.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with operations and maintenance of the facility.
• Monitor anaerobic digestion, digester, electrical generation, and waste treatment processes.
• Troubleshoot failures to determine root causes and repair equipment.
• Calibrate instruments and maintain plant instrumentation and control equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and procedures.
