Job summary

NAES is seeking an O&M Technician at the Bridgewater RNG site to perform safe and efficient operations as well as electrical maintenance of plant equipment up to 480 volts. The role includes interfacing with the SCADA system, running tests, and maintaining documentation.

Responsibilities include monitoring anaerobic digestion and electrical generation processes, troubleshooting issues, calibrating instruments, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
• Familiarity with wastewater operations and RNG/gas processing is desirable.
• Ability to work with voltages up to 480 volts.
• Excellent communication skills; able to read blueprints and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist with operations, maintenance and overall facility activities.
• Monitor digester, electrical generation, and waste treatment processes; collect data.
• Troubleshoot failures and perform repairs and replacements as needed.
• Calibrate instruments and maintain instrumentation and control equipment.
• Maintain equipment logs and support safety/regulatory programs.
