Job summary

Peaks Renewables, a growing renewables platform, seeks a Commercial Operations Associate I to drive financial and operational planning for RNG assets. Hybrid role with exposure to FP&A, M&A and revenue compliance across a fast‑growing portfolio.

You will build dashboards, run monthly reviews, support bolt-on opportunities, and help implement ERP systems while partnering with operations and leadership.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field (MBA or CFA a plus).
• Demonstrated experience building and owning financial models and analytical deliverables.
• Experience in RNG, renewable fuels, environmental commodities, natural gas, or power markets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial and operating models; develop KPI dashboards and automate processes.
• Coordinate monthly operating and financial reviews; prepare leadership presentations.
• Support M&A and bolt-on projects; develop offtake strategy and commercial diligence.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives (ERP implementation) and mentor junior staff.
