Job summary

Piedmont Atlanta Hospital is hiring an experienced RN First Assistant to join our perioperative team. You will function as an RNFA during operative and invasive procedures and support patient-family centered care across the perioperative continuum.

The role requires current Georgia RN license, CNOR and CRNFA credentials, BCLS, ACLS, and PALS, plus several years of OR experience. A sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nursing program and Georgia RN licensure.
• Completion of an AORN-RN First Assistant program or equivalent with clinical components.
• 2+ years perioperative RN or RNFA experience; CVOR experience preferred.
• Current CNOR, CRNFA preferred where applicable; BCLS, ACLS, PALS required.

• Deliver safe, effective, and quality patient-family centered care in the OR and perioperative areas.
• Functions as an RN first assistant during operative and invasive procedures; may serve as RN circulator as needed.
