Piedmont Atlanta Hospital is seeking an experienced RN First Assistant to deliver safe, efficient perioperative care across the OR and related perioperative areas. You will function as an RN first assistant during operative and invasive procedures, and also provide RN circulator support as needed, ensuring patient-family centered care throughout the perioperative continuum.

Requirements include an RN license in Georgia, CNOR, CRNFA, BLS, ACLS and PALS, plus 2 years perioperative RN/RNFA

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nursing program.
• Completion of an AORN-RN First Assistant program (didactic and clinical).
• 2 years perioperative RN or RNFA experience.
• 3 years minimum as RN or Surgical Tech in CVOR (if CVOR).
• Current Georgia RN license or NLC/eNCL Multistate License.
• CNOR certification.
• CRNFA certification.
• BLS certification.
• ACLS and PALS certifications.

Responsabilités

• Serve as RN first assistant during operative and invasive procedures.
• Provide perioperative patient-family centered care in OR and related areas.
• Occasionally perform RN circulator duties in the OR.
