Piedmont Atlanta Hospital is seeking an experienced RN First Assistant to deliver safe, patient-family centered perioperative care. You will function as an RNFA during operative procedures and as a circulator when needed, ensuring adherence to scope of practice and credentialing requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nursing program.
• Completion of an AORN-RN First Assistant program (didactic + clinical).
• 2 years perioperative RN or RNFA experience.
• 3 years minimum as an RN or Surgical Tech in the CVOR (if CVOR).
• Current Georgia RN license or NLC/eNCL multistate license.
• CNOR certification.
• CRNFA certification.
• BCLS certification.
• ACLS certification.
• PALS certification.

Responsabilités

At times is responsible for the delivery of safe, effective, and quality patient-family centered care in the OR in the role of an RN circulator.
