Aldevron, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Product Manager for RNA portfolio to lead growth and lifecycle management. The role supports and drives initiatives across market insights, portfolio strategy, and cross-functional collaboration with R&D, operations, and commercial teams.

The position offers a fully remote arrangement, with the RNA Business Unit based in Fargo, ND, and a salary range of $130,000–$150,000 plus bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years in client-facing roles with product management or sales; at least 3+ years PM experience.
• Experience in regulated biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or medical device fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to forecast risks.

Responsibilities

• Market and customer insight drive growth and lifecycle planning for the RNA portfolio.
• Define multi-year portfolio strategy and align R&D, Ops, Quality, and Commercial resources.
• Manage lifecycle from concept through go-to-market, growth, and end-of-life.
• Collaborate on pricing, forecasting, and sales enablement to optimize margins.
• Lead customer discussions and translate learnings into the innovation roadmap.
