Job summary
Meet Life Sciences Ltd. in Boston is seeking a Senior Research Associate, Purification, to advance IVT and downstream purification for RNA/xRNA programs in a hands-on lab setting.
You will optimize scale-up, perform AKTA chromatography and TFF steps, and contribute to technology transfer and manufacturing readiness, with strong emphasis on safety and documentation.
Bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years experience or Master with hands-on RNA process development is desired.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 1–2 years of relevant experience, or Master's with hands-on RNA/xRNA process development
- Hands-on experience with IVT and RNA production processes, including scale-up or tech transfer
- Experience with AKTA chromatography and downstream purification, including TFF and analytical characterization
Responsibilities
- Perform and support IVT reactions at small to intermediate scales using stirred-tank and wave systems
- Troubleshoot and optimize IVT and purification processes to improve performance and support scale-up
- Execute chromatography and purification activities for IVT products using AKTA systems and TFF
- Perform analytical characterization of RNA products (Fragment Analyzer, CE, Bioanalyzer/gel, UV, NanoDrop)
- Maintain documentation and safety compliance while supporting process development and tech transfer
