Job summary

Ro Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team at a Veterans Home in Arizona. The RN will deliver professional nursing care, administer treatments, and ensure a safe, hygienic environment according to prescribed standards.

This role offers a rotating schedule (evenings and nights) with part-time or per diem options and potential supervision of LPNs and CNAs as needed. The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of RN experience and strong geriatric care

Qualifications

• RN with at least 6 months of experience; 1 year preferred.
• Geriatric care expertise and nursing procedures.
• Nursing Home experience is a plus.
• Ability to supervise and train staff in a healthcare setting.
• Experience with AMS or similar management systems is a plus.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' health status and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs, ensuring quality care.
• Perform wound care, IV therapy, and catheter management.
• Monitor and document changes in residents' conditions.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate residents and families on health conditions and care plans.
• Respond to medical emergencies and implement interventions.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations.
