Job summary

Ro Health, LLC is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team at a Veterans Home in Arizona. The RN will deliver professional nursing care, administer medications, and develop care plans to support residents in a safe, therapeutic environment.

Ideal candidates have 6 months of RN experience (1 year preferred) and a strong background in geriatric care, with the ability to supervise LPNs and CNAs and coordinate with physicians and therapists.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months RN experience; 1 year preferred.
• Licensed RN with geriatric care knowledge.
• Strong understanding of nursing procedures and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' health and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care.
• Perform wound care, IV therapy, and catheter management.
• Monitor and document changes in residents' conditions.
• Coordinate care with physicians and therapists.
• Educate residents and families on health conditions and care plans.
• Respond to medical emergencies and implement interventions.
• Ensure policy and regulatory compliance.

Details:

• 6am-6:30pm
• full time

Qualifications:

• at least 6 months of RN experience required but 1 year is preferred
• Registered Nurse (RN) with a strong understanding of geriatric care and nursing procedures.
• Nursing Home experience is a plus!
• Ability to supervise and train staff in a healthcare setting.
• Experience with AMS or similar management systems is a plus.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-focused care.
