Job summary

Ro Health, LLC is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team at a Veterans Home in Arizona. The RN will deliver professional nursing care, treatments, and services according to prescribed standards.

The 6am-6:30pm shift operates on a rotating schedule: 36 hours one week, then 48 hours the next. Weekend work is required to support resident care.

Qualifications

• RN license required
• Geriatric care experience preferred
• Ability to supervise and train staff
• Experience with AMS or similar management systems is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' health status and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs, ensuring quality care.
• Perform wound care, IV therapy, and catheter management.
• Monitor and document changes in residents' conditions.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate residents and families on health conditions and care plans.
• Respond to medical emergencies and implement interventions.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations

Details

Qualifications

• at least 6 months of RN experience required but 1 year is preferred
• Registered Nurse (RN) with a strong understanding of geriatric care and nursing procedures.
• Nursing Home experience is a plus!
• Ability to supervise and train staff in a healthcare setting.
• Experience with AMS or similar management systems is a plus.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-focused care.
