Job summary

Abrazo West Campus, part of Tenet Healthcare, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to provide professional bedside care and coordinate multidisciplinary plans. The role emphasizes safety, compassionate patient interaction, and timely care delivery in a high-energy hospital setting.

Responsibilities include comprehensive assessment, care planning, and supervision as needed. Requires AZ RN license, CPR, ACLS, and relevant certifications with strong communication and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited nursing school.
• L&D: advanced fetal monitoring or obtain within six months of hire.
• Two years of Level III NICU experience with neonatal ventilator (as specified).

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient’s physical, psychosocial, spiritual, educational, cultural, safety/risk and discharge planning needs on admission and ongoing.
• Determines nursing diagnosis based on assessment and data analysis.
• Sets practical, realistic patient outcomes and guides patient in achieving goals.
• Implements nursing and medical orders appropriate to patient status.
• Other tasks assigned at the hospital.
