Skilled Wound Care in Nashville seeks a Clinical Sales Representative to partner with SNFs, leveraging nursing expertise to drive wound care programs.

This role emphasizes clinical credibility, patient advocacy, and growth within a physician-led model. Training is provided, with travel 4–5 days weekly to build partnerships and deliver value.

Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $130,000 with quarterly bonuses, comprehensive benefits, 401k, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Active or former RN, LPN, or wound care nurse with skilled nursing/long-term/post-acute experience
• Strong communication skills to educate SNF leaders and clinical staff
• Willingness to travel within region 4–5 days per week and build partnerships

Responsibilities

• SNF Partnership Development: build relationships with administrators and directors of nursing
• Clinical Conversations: discuss wound care outcomes, protocols, and value
• Territory Development: identify high-potential SNFs and prioritize outreach
• Relationship Management: nurture long-term partnerships based on trust
• Operational Collaboration: coordinate with physician team for smooth transitions
• Performance Goals: meet targets with training and leadership support
