Job summary

Skilled Wound Care is seeking a Clinical Sales Representative with a nursing background to bring wound care expertise to skilled nursing facilities. This relationship-first role emphasizes clinical credibility over traditional sales tactics and includes full training and ongoing support.

You will develop SNF partnerships, discuss outcomes and protocols, travel 4–5 days per week, and work with our physician team to transition partnerships into active wound care services.

Qualifications

• Active or former RN, LPN, or wound care nurse with experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute settings
• A natural relationship builder who can walk into any room, connect authentically with people, and leave a lasting positive impression
• Courage and confidence to advocate boldly for the value of our services

Responsibilities

• SNF Partnership Development: Build meaningful relationships with SNF administrators, directors of nursing, and regional leaders.
• Clinical Conversations: Speak confidently about wound care outcomes, treatment protocols, and the clinical and financial value of our services.
• Territory Development: Identify high-potential SNFs in your region and prioritize outreach based on clinical need and partnership fit.
• Relationship Management: Nurture long-term relationships with SNF partners built on trust and credibility.
• Operational Collaboration: Work with our physician team to ensure smooth transition from partnership to active wound care service.
• Performance Goals: Meet defined targets with training and leadership support.
