Job summary

Skilled Wound Care seeks a Clinical Sales Representative to advance wound care partnerships with skilled nursing facilities. Your clinical nursing background will help you communicate treatment outcomes and value to SNF leadership.

We train you thoroughly, with a focus on building trust and fostering long-term collaborations. Expect travel 4–5 days per week, a collaborative team, and a compensation plan targeting $90,000–$130,000 plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active or former RN, LPN, or wound care nurse with experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute settings
• Wound care knowledge and familiarity with assessment protocols
• Ability to travel 4–5 days per week within your region
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing is required; additional business/healthcare management training is a plus

Responsibilities

• SNF partnership development: build relationships with facility admins and leaders
• Clinical conversations: discuss wound care outcomes and value of services
• Territory development: identify high-potential facilities and prioritize outreach
• Relationship management: nurture long-term partnerships built on trust
• Operational collaboration: coordinate with physician team for smooth transitions
• Performance goals: pursue defined targets with training and leadership support
