Job summary

Skilled Wound Care is seeking a Clinical Sales Representative with a nursing background to advance wound care partnerships with SNFs. This role favors clinical credibility over traditional sales, requires travel 4–5 days per week, and offers comprehensive training, mentorship, and ongoing support from our physician-led team.

You will build relationships with administrators and directors of nursing, discuss wound care outcomes and protocols, and drive partnership growth while delivering

Qualifications

• Active or former RN, LPN, or wound care nurse with SNF/long-term care experience.
• A natural relationship builder who connects authentically with people.
• Courage to step outside comfort zone and advocate for value of our services.
• Familiarity with wound assessment, treatment protocols, and SNF clinical challenges.
• Willingness to travel within the region 4–5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• SNF Partnership Development: Build meaningful relationships with SNF admins, directors of nursing, and regional leaders.
• Clinical Conversations: Speak confidently about wound care outcomes and clinical/financial value.
• Territory Development: Identify high-potential SNFs and prioritize outreach.
• Relationship Management: Nurture long-term partnerships with trust and credibility.
• Operational Collaboration: Coordinate with physician team for smooth transitions to active care.
• Performance Goals: Aim for clearly defined goals with training and leadership support.
