Skilled Wound Care is actively seeking a Clinical Sales Representative with a nursing background to advance our physician-led wound care services in skilled nursing facilities. You will travel within your region, build trust with SNF administrators, and articulate the clinical and financial value of our services.

Qualifications

Active or former RN/LPN with wound care experience in SNF/long-term care/post-acute settings
Nurturing relationship-building and credible clinical presence required
Willingness to travel 4–5 days per week within your region

Responsibilities

Build meaningful relationships with SNF administrators and nursing leadership to grow the physician-led wound care model
Lead clinical conversations about wound care outcomes, protocols, and value for SNF partners
Identify high-potential SNFs and prioritize outreach based on clinical need and partnership fit
Nurture long-term partnerships with SNF partners through trust and consistent follow-through
Collaborate with physician team to ensure smooth transition from partnership to service
