Job summary

Skilled Wound Care seeks a Clinical Sales Representative with a nursing background to build physician-led wound care partnerships in skilled nursing facilities. This is a relationship-first role with full training and ongoing support from day one.

You will travel 4–5 days per week to develop SNF partnerships, discuss clinical outcomes and value with administrators, and work with our physician team to ensure smooth transitions to service.

Qualifications

• Active or former RN, LPN, or wound care nurse with experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute settings.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing required; additional business or healthcare management training a plus.
• Willingness to travel within your region 4 to 5 days per week.
• Not a traditional salesperson; clinically grounded with caregiver heart.
• We provide training and ongoing support.

Responsibilities

• SNF partnership development with facility leaders.
• Discuss wound care outcomes and protocols with SNF staff.
• Identify high-potential SNFs and prioritize outreach.
• Nurture long-term relationships with SNF partners.
• Collaborate with physician team for smooth transitions to service.
• Work toward defined goals with training and leadership support.
