Job summary

Skilled Wound Care is seeking a Clinical Sales Representative with nursing credentials to lead physician-led wound care partnerships with skilled nursing facilities. The role emphasizes building trust, clinical credibility, and outcomes-based conversations in a non-traditional sales model.

Travel 4–5 days a week within the region, with full training and mentorship from experienced clinical sales leaders. A nursing background and strong relationship skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Active or former RN, LPN, or wound care nurse with experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute settings
• A natural relationship builder who can walk into any room, connect authentically with people, and leave a lasting positive impression
• Willingness to travel within your region 4 to 5 days per week to build and nurture new partnerships
• Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing required; additional business or healthcare management training a plus

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with SNF administrators, directors of nursing, and regional leaders to introduce and grow Skilled Wound Care's physician-led model
• Use your nursing background to discuss wound care outcomes, treatment protocols, and the clinical and financial value of our services
• Identify high-potential SNFs and prioritize outreach based on clinical need and partnership fit
• Nurture long-term relationships with SNF partners built on trust and credibility
• Collaborate with our physician team to ensure smooth transition from partnership to active wound care service
• Work toward clearly defined goals with training and leadership support
