Riverside Health is seeking an RN with ostomy and wound care experience to join our inpatient/outpatient team in Virginia. You will assess patients, plan care, and provide wound/ostomy management with a focus on education and continuity of care.

The role requires an active RN license (VA or compact), CPR/BLS, and experience in wound care; weekend/irregular shifts may apply. Collaboration with multidisciplinary staff is essential.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in VA or compact state at hire.
• CPR/BLS certification required at hire.
• Experience with ostomy and wound care preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, and provide ostomy and wound care per policy.
• Coordinate outpatient ostomy clinic operations and education.
• Educate staff and patients on ostomy/self-care and documentation.
