Job summary

Riverside Shore Memorial Hospital in Onancock, Virginia, is seeking an experienced RN for wound care and ostomy/skin management. The role involves care planning, nursing diagnoses, and patient education, with on-call expectations as needed.

The RN will support wound and ostomy patients, coordinate clinic activities, and serve as a resource for nursing and medical staff. Hospital experience in wound care is preferred, with weekend/irregular shifts required.

Qualifications

• RN with wound care experience preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Virginia RN license or compact state license.
• Ability to teach and precept nursing students.

Responsibilities

• Place orders for ostomy, wound and skin care supplies.
• Coordinate Outpatient Ostomy Clinic operations.
• Educate RRMC clinical staff and ostomy patients.
