Riverside Health System in Williamsburg, Virginia, is seeking a Registered Nurse for wound care to provide outpatient wound assessment, management, and treatment per approved protocols and standards. You will care for a broad age range and perform related duties with strong communication and documentation skills.

The role requires completion of an accredited RN program, prior RN experience, and an active Virginia RN license.

Qualifications

• Must have completed an accredited RN program.
• Previous RN experience required.
• RN license in good standing with Virginia board.

Responsabilités

• Prepare patients for wound care procedures using safety and clinical protocols.
• Maintain complete and accurate patient records/charts for treatment documentation.
• Reinforce patient education about wound healing procedures.
• Perform wound healing procedures as required.
• Perform duties as directed by supervisor/medical director.
• Participate in quality improvement and safety programs.
