Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for ostomy and wound patients.
• Coordinate outpatient ostomy clinic operations and staff education.
• Ensure safety and quality compliance per NPSGs and CWOCN standards.
• Document patient status and care activities in electronic medical records.
• Provide on-call support as needed for departmental needs.

Education

Bachelors Degree, Nursing (Preferred)

Associates Degree, Nursing (Required) or Program Graduate

High School Diploma or GED (required if Nursing Diploma Program Graduate)
