Healogics is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Wound Care Center in Texas. The role focuses on providing direct patient care, managing intake and discharge, and collaborating with physicians to support wound care outcomes.

The candidate should have an ADN with an active RN license in the state, and BSN is preferred. Wound care experience & certifications are desirable, with opportunities for HBO-related duties and case management responsibilities.

Qualificações

• RN degree (ADN)
• Current RN license in state of practice
• BSN preferred
• Wound care experience preferred
• Home health or surgical/nursing care preferred

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient care to Wound Care Center patients
• Manage patient intake and discharge per hospital standards
• Possibly serve as Case Manager for a group of patients
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and educate patients/caregivers
• Perform HBO-related duties after training
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and program/medical directors
• May serve as Documentation Assistant as needed
• Other duties as required
