Job summary

FPACP WEBSTER LLC is seeking an RN Supervisor to assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing nursing services for a post-acute care facility in Webster, Texas. You will help set standards of care ensuring residents receive comprehensive medical, physical, emotional, and psychosocial support.

Ideal candidates hold an active Texas RN license, demonstrate strong leadership and communication, and can supervise rounds, care plans, and EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in good standing with the Texas State Board of Nurse Examiners.
• Experience supervising nursing staff in long-term care or post-acute setting.
• Strong communication and collaboration with DON, MD, residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing in supervising nursing services.
• Monitor and evaluate resident care plans and outcomes.
• Lead rounds and educate staff on policies and processes.
• Ensure accurate documentation in EMR and support continuity of care.
