Job summary

Focused Post Acute Care Partners is seeking an RN Supervisor at our Lamesa, TX facility. Under the Director of Nursing, you will supervise nursing services and set care standards to meet residents' medical, physical, emotional and psychological needs.

You will monitor care plans, lead rounds, and educate staff while coordinating with the interdisciplinary team to prevent avoidable rehospitalizations. Flexible hours may apply.

Qualifications

• Licensed registered nurse in good standing with the Texas Board of Nursing.
• Experience supervising nursing staff in a long-term care setting.
• Strong communication with DON,MD, residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing services under the Director of Nursing.
• Monitor and organize direct nursing care and care plans.
• Educate staff on policies and processes as needed.
• Assist in rounds and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team.
