FPACP WEBSTER LLC is seeking a Charge Nurse to provide skilled nursing care to residents in our Webster, Texas facility. You will lead licensed and non-professional staff and ensure care plans are implemented per physician orders and nursing standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents as prescribed by the physician and in accordance with nursing standards.
• Lead and direct licensed and non-professional staff in delivering resident care.
• Ensure adherence to infection-control policies and safety procedures.
• Document patient care accurately and timely in the EMR.
• Communicate with patients, families, and health care team members.
