Job summary

Cadia Healthcare - Pike Creek is seeking an experienced RN Weekend Supervisor for 7pm–7am shifts on an every-other-weekend schedule. The role oversees clinical care across the facility, ensures coordinated nursing coverage, and maintains high standards of resident safety and regulatory compliance.

You will perform administrative duties, coordinate staffing, and promptly report incidents to leadership while supporting rehabilitative nursing practices and long-term care regulations.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, active RN license in Delaware or a compact state.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a supervisor in long-term care or healthcare facilities.
• Experience with rehabilitative nursing practices preferred; knowledge of long-term care regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative duties such as completing forms, reports and charting.
• Review shift staffing and ensure each resident has an assigned nurse/CNA; adjust staffing as needed.
• Make rounds at the start and end of each shift; cover call-offs promptly.
• Communicate events and resident concerns to DON/ADON; assist in corrective actions when appropriate.

Cadia is dedicated to providing the best care possible and that’s where you come in!Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, charting, etc. as necessary.Review all staffing for the assigned shift and assure each resident has an assigned nurse/CNA. Review shift PPD and make staffing adjustments as required.Make rounds throughout the facility at the beginning and end of each shift.Replace any call offs that are received during the shift.Communicate all events/incidents and resident concerns to DON/ADON. Assist in developing and implementing corrective action when appropriate.Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this state or compact state.Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Supervisor in long-term care or healthcare related facilities.Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices preferred.Knowledge of long-term care regulations preferred.
