Position Summary:

The primary purpose of this role is to assess residents' needs, develop individualized care plans, administer nursing care, evaluate care, and supervise nursing assistants and staff, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local standards and regulations to maintain high-quality care. Follow all health, sanitary, and infection control policies, maintaining standards set by community administration and nursing policies.

Education & Qualifications:

• Current, unencumbered RN license in your state
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and follow instructions
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work with staff and residents safely and effectively

Experience:

• Previous supervisory experience preferred

Shift & Wage:

• Part-Time Opportunities
• Weekend shifts: 7am-3pm
• Wage: $45.00 per hour
