Position Summary

The primary responsibility is to assess residents' needs, develop care plans, administer and evaluate nursing care, and supervise nursing staff, ensuring compliance with all applicable standards and regulations to maintain high-quality care. Follow all health, sanitary, and infection control policies, and adhere to community and nursing policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in your practicing state
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work with team members and staff
• Knowledge of safety and sanitary techniques
• Flexible working hours as scheduled
• Must not pose a health or safety threat to others

Experience

• Previous supervisory experience preferred

Shift & Wage

• Shifts: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 7am-7pm
