Nightingale at Arkadelphia is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor to provide leadership, clinical oversight, and support to our nursing team during weekend shifts. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support nursing staff during weekend shifts: Provide guidance and oversight to ensure high-quality resident care and compliance with facility policies and regulations.
• Ensure high-quality resident care and compliance with facility policies and regulations: Monitor resident outcomes, complete clinical rounds, and respond to resident, family, and staff concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist with staffing coordination and clinical decision-making: Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care and make informed clinical decisions.
• Respond to resident, family, and staff concerns in a professional and timely manner: Foster a positive environment for residents and staff by responding promptly to concerns and addressing issues effectively.
• Complete clinical rounds and monitor resident outcomes: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance resident care and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care: Work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
• Serve as a resource and mentor for nursing staff: Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to help staff members grow and excel in their roles.

Qualifications:

• Current Arkansas RN license in good standing: Possess and maintain a valid RN license in the state of Arkansas.
• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred: Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is preferred, but not required.
• Supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred: Hold a supervisory or charge nurse role in the past, with experience leading and directing a team.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills: Possess excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to effectively manage and coordinate care.
• Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment: Be able to work independently and make sound clinical decisions while also supporting and guiding a team.
