Qualifications

• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and ensure thorough hand-off reports for continuity of care.
• Monitor and address staff or resident concerns and elevate issues when necessary.
• Maintain complete and timely documentation in medical records and facility reports.

RN Weekend Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicatedRN Weekend Supervisor to oversee weekend nursing operations. TheRN Weekend Supervisor is responsible for supervising nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality resident care during weekend shifts. This role provides clinical leadership, administrative oversight, and ensures compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support nursing staff including RNs, LPNs/LVNs, and CNAs to ensure high standards of resident care.
