Job summary

Creekside-Health- is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to manage nursing staff and oversee daily patient care on the weekend. The role reports to the Director of Nursing and ensures compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.

The position emphasizes supervising care plans, supporting residents, and maintaining high-quality care through weekend leadership, with communication in English and collaboration with the nursing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Current RN license in the state of employment.
• Peripheral IV certification.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong understanding of nursing practices and regulatory requirements for nursing care centers.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English; additional languages helpful.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical care planning and delivery to ensure quality resident care and review/update care plans.
• Assess residents on admission and as conditions change.
• Conduct regular rounds to evaluate resident status and needs.
• Provide or assist with direct resident care, including activities of daily living, meals, medications, and treatments.

RN Weekend Supervisor

Saturday and Sunday

16h Shift with one 8h during the week

We are seeking a dedicated Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team of healthcare professionals. Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, this role supervises nursing personnel and oversees day‑to‑day nursing activities during assigned shifts. All responsibilities must align with accepted professional standards and federal, state, and local regulations to ensure the highest quality of care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical care planning and delivery to ensure coordinated, quality resident care, including review and updates of care plans.

• Assess residents upon admission and periodically as their condition changes.

• Conduct regular rounds to evaluate resident status and identify needs.

• Provide or assist with direct resident care when necessary, including activities of daily living, meal support, medication and treatment administration, and participation in leisure activities as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred)

• Current RN license in the state of employment

• Peripheral IV certification

• CPR/BLS certification

• Strong understanding of nursing practices, medical procedures, and regulatory requirements related to nursing care centers

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; additional languages helpful
