Job summary

Big Oak Rehab in New Jersey is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to join our growing team. The role oversees nursing staff, coordinates patient care, and ensures alignment with care plans during weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current New Jersey RN license is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients by physical examination and diagnostic testing to determine health status.
• Infection prevention and control.
• Antibiotic stewardship.
• Staff education and supervision of nursing staff.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Oversee care planning and ensure plan implementation.
• Communicate with physicians about patient condition changes.
• Document assessments and care provided.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and health conditions.
• Supervise nursing department staff and ensure quality standards.
