Job summary
Big Oak Rehab in New Jersey is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to join our growing team. The role oversees nursing staff, coordinates patient care, and ensures alignment with care plans during weekend shifts.

Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current New Jersey RN license is required.
- Current CPR certification is required.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients by physical examination and diagnostic testing to determine health status.
- Infection prevention and control.
- Antibiotic stewardship.
- Staff education and supervision of nursing staff.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Oversee care planning and ensure plan implementation.
- Communicate with physicians about patient condition changes.
- Document assessments and care provided.
- Educate patients and families about care plans and health conditions.
- Supervise nursing department staff and ensure quality standards.
