Job summary

Extended Care LLC is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in Illinois with a strong commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care. Eligible nurses may qualify for the CMS Nurses for Nursing Homes program, potentially earning up to $50,000 in financial assistance while working at Haven of Arcola.
