Job summary

Complete Care - New Jersey & PA is hiring an RN Night Supervisor for the 3rd shift in New Jersey. The role focuses on administering treatments, completing assessments, and guiding families in nursing-related needs while maintaining accurate patient records and confidentiality.

Candidates must hold an active NJ RN license and have LTC experience; Point Click Care experience and supervisory background are preferred. The position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have an active RN license in the state of NJ.
• RN/LPN experience in long-term care setting is required.
• Experience with Point Click Care is required.
• Supervisory experience in a long-term care facility is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administering treatments and documentation.
• Complete assessments to determine the resident’s needs.
• Counsel patient’s family in meeting nursing related needs.
• Ensuring patient records are filled out and accurate.
• Following security measures to ensure patients’ information is safe and confidential.
• Managing discharge documents, patient health history forms, admission/discharge documents.
• All other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
