Job summary

Complete Care in Paterson, NJ is seeking an experienced RN Night Supervisor to join our 3rd shift team. The role oversees night nursing operations, administers treatments, completes assessments, and supports residents and families with nursing needs.

The ideal candidate holds an active NJ RN (or LPN/RN) license, has LTC experience, and is proficient with Point Click Care. Supervisory experience in a long-term care setting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have an active/valid LPN/RN license in the state of NJ.
• RN experience in LTC setting.
• Point Click Care experience.
• Supervisory experience in a long-term care facility.
• Must be able to work the cart when in need.

Responsibilities

• Administering treatments and documentation.
• Complete assessments to determine the resident’s needs.
• Counsel patient’s family in meeting nursing related needs.
• Ensuring patient records are filled out and accurate.
• Following security measures to ensure patients’ information is safe and confidential.
• Managing discharge documents, patient health history forms, admission/discharge documents.
• All other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
