Job summary

Complete Care in Paterson, NJ is seeking an experienced RN Night Supervisor to lead our 3rd shift nursing team. The role involves administering treatments, assessments, and ensuring accurate documentation while upholding patient confidentiality.

The ideal candidate holds an active NJ RN license with LTC experience, familiarity with Point Click Care, and proven supervisory skills to coordinate care and support residents and families on a nightly basis.

Qualifications

• Active valid LPN/RN license in NJ.
• RN with LTC experience required.
• Experience with Point Click Care preferred.
• Experience supervising in a long-term care facility.
• Ability to operate nursing cart as needed.

Responsibilities

• Administering treatments and document accurately.
• Complete assessments to determine resident needs.
• Counsel residents' families on nursing needs.
• Maintain patient records and confidentiality.
• Manage discharge documents and health history forms.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.

RN Night Supervisor Responsibilities

• Administering treatments and documentation
• Complete assessments to determine the resident’s needs
• Counsel patient’s family in meeting nursing related needs
• Ensuring patient records are filled out and accurate
• Following security measures to ensure patients’ information is safe and confidential
• Managing discharge documents, patient health history forms, admission/discharge documents
• All other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing

RN Night Supervisor Qualifications

• Must have an active/ valid LPN/ RN license in the state of NJ
• RN experience in LTC setting
• Point Click Care experience
• Supervisory experience in a long-term care facility
• Must be able to work the cart when in need
