Job summary

Complete Care, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to manage nursing staff across 3pm–11pm and weekend shifts in a compassionate long-term care setting in New Jersey. The role requires an active NJ RN license and a relevant nursing degree, with opportunity for daily pay and shift differentials.

Ideal candidates have a nursing background, supervisory aptitude, and the flexibility to cover 2 weekends per month. LPNs may be considered for responsibilities under supervision.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Current, unencumbered New Jersey RN license.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift.
• Provide education to staff, residents and resident family members.
• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator.
• LPNs may be considered.

Registered Nurse-RN Supervisor Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
