Complete Care is seeking an RN Night Supervisor for the 3rd shift in Paterson, NJ. The role requires an active New Jersey RN license with LTC experience and leadership skills. Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Jersey (state-specific).
• Experience as a nurse in long-term care settings.
• Proficient with Point Click Care system.
• Supervisory experience in a long-term care facility.
• Ability to manage cart and deliver on-floor leadership.

Responsibilities

• Administering treatments and documentation.
• Complete assessments to determine residents’ needs.
• Counsel residents’ families in nursing-related needs.
• Ensure patient records are accurate and up to date.
• Follow security measures to protect patient information.
• Manage discharge documents and health history forms.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
