Job summary

Complete Care Management in New Jersey is seeking a Registered Nurse-Supervisor to lead nursing staff on weekend shifts and per diem nights. The role emphasizes patient care oversight, medication administration, and staff education within a long-term care setting.

Qualified candidates hold an Associates or BSN, a valid NJ RN license, and may have LPN consideration. The position offers weekend scheduling, daily pay options, and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Current, unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License.
• LPN may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift, monitoring medications, blood draws, and patient care.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times during the shift.
• Provide education to staff, residents, and resident families as needed.
• Ensure staff perform duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator.

Registered Nurse-RN Supervisor Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License
• Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift.
• Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members.
• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator.
• Licensed Practical Nurse-LPN may be considered
