Job summary

Complete Care Management seeks an RN Supervisor to lead the nursing team on assigned shifts in a New Jersey facility. The role includes supervising staff, conducting rounds, and ensuring high standards of patient care and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate or Bachelor’s in Nursing and an active NJ RN license; LTAC experience is preferred but not required. This position offers full-time and weekend options with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift, monitoring medications, blood draws and patient care.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times during the shift.
• Provide education to staff, residents and resident family members as needed.
• Ensure staff perform duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator.
• LPNs may be considered for the role.

* Candidates must be available to work 2 weekends per month.

Registered Nurse-RN Supervisor Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License

• Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care.

• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift.

• Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members.

• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.

• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator.

• Licensed Practical Nurse-LPN may be considered
