Job summary

Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, Missouri is seeking a Weekend Option Clinical Supervisor RN (7W) to assist in planning, coordinating, implementing and evaluating operations and patient care in designated areas. The role acts as a clinical resource and staff nurse as needed.

The part-time weekend schedule is Friday to Sunday nights, with 24 hours per week. The successful candidate will have 3–5 years hospital nursing experience, Missouri RN licensure or compact licensure, and BLS certification

Qualifications

• RN licensed in Missouri or compact licensure per state regulations.
• 3–5 years hospital nursing experience.
• BSN preferred; additional certifications welcomed.
• Must obtain BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, implement and evaluate operations and patient care in designated areas.
• Serve as clinical resource for staff and patients.
• Perform staff nurse duties as needed and assume delegated managerial duties.
• Support change management and lead weekend clinical supervision.
